KATIE FARMAND is an Orlando-based food and prop stylist, recipe developer, and food writer. Katie worked as associate editor of several national magazines with a focus on food, and she is currently the editor of Edible Orlando magazine.

She is also the co-author of two cookbooks: Field to Feast: Recipes Celebrating Florida Farmers, Chefs, and Artisans and Good Catch: Recipes and Stories Celebrating the Best of Florida’s Waters. Katie’s food writing has appeared in Family Circle, Cottage Living, Victoria, TeaTime, and Orlando Home & Leisure.
